I had a rushed time frame, I had left them a message then went online and tried to schedule an appointment. Craig called me back on Saturday and we were able to schedule the appointment for Tuesday, so it was pretty quick. I appreciated that. He was punctual to the appointment, which I appreciated. He took the time to explain everything at the end of the process.
