Steve Armstrong was our inspector on two homes. We chose to forego the first home based in partial because of Steve's inspection & major problems noted & documented. He was knowledgable,courteous,and professional. He explained conditions noted in a detailed manner. Obviously, chose Steve for review of 2nd home.
