I moved into a rental house whose carpet smelled musty and looked dirty and matted within a week of moving in, Don came out and re-cleaned the entire carpet, pulling out an excessive amount of shampoo still in the carpet. The appearance and smell were much improved as soon as he finished, and Don's professionalism, courtesy and enthusiasm in doing an excellent job was such a pleasure in our current times! Thank you!! I won't have anyone else clean carpets for me in this area. :)
