I have 4 dogs and lots of kids, so with that comes dirty carpets more so then I desire, even through I spot clean all the time, they still need to be sanitizes, deodorizes, and deep clean. In fact, I called them back to do my carpets a second time 6 months later and had great results both times. I'm definitely using them every time I need my carpets clean. In addition, they were very knowledgeable and successful in removing stains from our pets and neutralizing the problem areas. I could hardly tell there were problems once they finished with cleaning our carpets.
