I was thinking our carpet had to be replaced we have a large dog and a cat, our entry way was so flat and matted I didn't think it could be saved so I was skeptical, but when Mr Chadd began to clean the areas, I could see right away that his machine was no ordinary carpet cleaner it dug down deep and removed years of wear he spent all the time he needed to make sure it was like new (wow) the difference was stunning I would highly recommend Mr Chadd for all your carped cleaning ,you will also be amazed
