I had water around the main drain pipe in my basement. When Matt arrived he did all the checking for the source of the problem but was convinced that tha water was not leaking out of any broken pipe. He asked me if I had anything there that I had moved out of the area and I said only the ice melt bag. He went over to the ice melt bag and picked it up and there was a puddle of a watery substance leaking through the opened bag from undernieth. That was the problem. I felt bad I called him over for nothing but he said not to worry about it. I asked him what I owed for the service call and he said absolutly nothing.
I thought that was very nice of him. I will call him back next time.
