the guys who came out were great. My plumbing woes were diagnosed and explained, and the treatment options were laid out for me to choose from. The best part was that the guys did not seem to mind answering questions as they worked. I know nothing about plumbing, but after this visit not only did I come away with better plumbing, but also some new knowledge and a better appreciation for how and why things are done.
