I have been using Re-Nu Carpet Care for a very long time. Rick was originally a customer of mine, which is how I got started with him. He is always on time, and very helpful in terms of moving furniture around and rearranging things. He's a very nice man, very professional. I use him to clean my carpets whenever the need arises, which happens to be more than just a couple of times a year. He's been in the business a long time, and really knows what he's doing. I'm always satisfied with the results.
