I called Airquip for a quote to replace my existing heat pump system. My furnace was old and I wanted to replace it before I had a problem. I had noticed that a few of my neighbors were getting new. I had been using another heating contractor for several years but when they gave me the brand (Never heard of it) and price to replace the system something didnt feel right $$$$$, so I called Airquip. The person that answered the phone was polite and very helpful. She scheduled an estimate for me and told me that Mark Cole would be the person coming to my home. Mark did a great job on explaining the different kinds of Trane systems and recommended a new one based on my needs. I am extremely happy with! The installation crew that came to my house they were clean and professional in every way. I have savings in my utility bill, the furnace is so much quieter than my old one and even the upstairs cools much better with the new motor style.
