i called several service companies and of course two of them came out later that day at the same time. Cowboys being one of them. Cowboys got to our house about 5 min. before the other and started to look at what the issue was. When the other company arrived the guy told me that he will wait and beat what ever price that cowboys was going to give me. Of course the service guy from cowboys saw that I was talking to the other service tech and cam over to talk to him. I'm thinking "fight, fight, fight," but after they talked, since cowboys were here first I told the other company that I want cowboys to do the job. which was a great decision. The tech was fast and professional, and since I have two kids, that was very good. I would recommend cowboys from now on and use them again if I issues with my a/c.
