I had used Floor Dimensions like fifteen or so years ago, so when I needed a new rug, I went back to them because I really liked them the first time. I had really good luck this time with them too. I've never heard anything bad about them. Everybody there is very good at what they do. I especially like the guys who installed the rug. They couldn't have cleaned up any better! I would definitely use them again, and would recommend them to anybody! I really like my rug!
