From beginning to end, the hardware install experience was great. The installers were professional and courteous. In my particular case, the job was difficult. I needed Floor Dimensions to blend in new flooring with the old existing hardwood. They did a great job. After the install, they did a fantastic job of touching up baseboards and cleaning up dust and debris. Throughout the process, their project manager / foreman kept me in the loop on progress. No unpleasant surprises, just a superb job.
