Overall, a top notch job.
There was a major glitch but it was not the fault of Floor Dimensions. The laminate that I originally ordered would not click in place correctly. So I had to go to the El Sobrante site and pick out another one. So the job obviously took longer. One good thing was that it ended up costing a little less. :)
