I had a spring break and I needed all springs replaced as well as a new garage door opener that would be appropriate for my door. When I bought my house the builder did the standard the install with the wrong springs and the wrong model opener for my doors. I have a steel door with 2 layers of cedar wood overlay. It's a very heavy door and needed the appropriate springs and opener to do the right job. I contacted Glen from Davis Garage Door Service 817-572-2938. He came out to my house and gave me appropriate feedback on what I needed. He was very helpful and knowledgeable and assured me that all my needs would be met, and they were!! My installer was Matt, who faced several challenges while repairing my springs. He went above and beyond to make sure that the install was not only correct, but completed in a specific time constraint. I think Matt did a fantastic job. I will use Davis Garage Door Service in the future since I have a 3 car garage and my current problem was with the 2 car portion. I actually look forward to next year when I will do maintenance on the 3rd car door. Thank you for all good things!!
