My old air conditioning system had a Freon leak, and I was due to go out of town. I signed a contract with them for a new system, and what they did for me is they kept coming back and charging my old unit with Freon to keep the house-sitter comfortable while I was gone. They went above and beyond for me. They really didn't have to do that.

When I came back to town, any problems, questions, or anything I needed help with they immediately dealt with. They were very professional and courteous. I came back on a Monday, and they scheduled my installation for Wednesday. Plus, on Monday and Tuesday, they came back and put more Freon in the unit to keep me cool until the new system got installed.
