Contacted Sky Plumbing in an emergency. Had a leak in the wall. Given a verbal estimate as the problem is common, a leaky shower valve.
Agreed to a $550 estimate. They charged $1200 to my credit card without further authorization. Left work area a complete mess. Contacted several licensed plumbers in the area and all agreed job was in the 500 to 700 range.
