Liason with insurance company was very good if not perfect--the job took longer to get started than was originally projected because of items being overlooked by the insurance company and there was some back-and-forth required with the agents. Job start date once determined was a little spongy, but that may be normal. Customer service, communication and response was very good. The CSR walked me through every step, and it went as planned. The job when completed was perfectly satisfactory. I got exactly what I wanted and at the final cost I expected to pay. I would definitely recommend Integrity Roofing Services.
