I can highly recommend Pets Best (and already have to all my friends with pets) because when you call, you speak to a real person who actually knows what they are talking about! They are friendly, helpful, and when it comes to claims, they are much faster than you would expect. The claims come back with easily readable info on what was covered, etc. Along with the correct amount on the check. We especially love the Wellness Program. This gives us much more peace of mind when it comes to caring for our animals.
