I debated getting Pet Insurance and finally made the decision to obtain it. My husband scoffed and I signed us up with Pets Best anyway. In May, our dog Hannah had a digital abscess; after trying antibiotics they had to operate. Obviously, an expensive proposition. You paid the claims expediently. When I had a question, customer service was always professional, helpful and caring. I wish more human insurance companies were this professional! To say the least, my husband is now a believer.
