We were recommended to Carpet Source by my daughter. They did an excellent job for her, so she recommended them. That is because they had one excellent installer, Jorge. For our first experience, they sent two installers to my home, and they were terrible. They wanted to play with radios and be on the phone. They did not install the flooring correctly. It was a very bad experience. We called Don, and he took care of the problem. Which we appreciated. I know a lot of business owners would have just left it. In order to keep recommending them with good results and having the customers happy, they need to train the new hires to be sure they know what they are doing when they are laying the flooring. We had laminate put it and they did not know what they were doing. They need to screen the installers better. It worried me that if these installers are sent to other homes, the business will not thrive. Fortunately, we knew about the good installer. It is not really fair to Jorge to have to run back and take care of what the other installers do not know how to do or don't care. Don is a really nice guy who is easy to talk to and cares about his business.
