I had a great experience with Carpet Source, as everything went smoother than I expected, and I have nothing but good words to say about them! I had just dealt with another flooring place when I interacted with the salesperson from Carpet Source, and from the very beginning, it was a world of difference! Unlike the prior one, this salesperson listened to us and what we wanted, and he gave us a variety of options. He was prepared, which was not our experience with the other company's salesperson. We went with laminate flooring, which was not something I had even considered until I spoke with the rep from Carpet Source. So of course we said yes, and had them do the installation as well. The three guys that did the work were just so great! They were funny, personable, very polite, and just all around a good team. Everyone from the office to their sales team to their installers were professional, and gave us a fantastic experience. They are the only company I would ever consider if I need more flooring down the road.
