I would definitely recommend I Know A Guy Garage Doors. The guy who came in was very thorough and a very nice person. He installed a garage door opener, replacing the other one. The first time he came by, he didn't see a problem with it but it wasn't working for us--just the wall button but that eventually stopped working for us too. I think the gears in the chain drive ground off or wore out.
