First of all my husband and I were extremely impressed at how quickly Advanced Metal Roofing installed our new roof. It took about a day to get it done, they came back a second day to finish up and to clean up. We couldn't even tell they'd been here, there was no material left behind. They were professional and responsible.

We've lived in our house for about twelve years, and we had a shingle roof that we we're looking to have re-shingled. We figured a good estimate for it would be around $10,000 and that would only last about ten years or so and would be even more costly when we needed to re-shingle again. He described how the whole installation process would go. First and foremost, this company is high quality and professional.

Since this is an older house and it was the end of winter, we didn't really notice a huge difference with the temperature. However, during this summer, we have noticed a huge difference already. Our house is a two-story, and it used to be that when you were halfway up the stairs, you felt a twenty degree difference. Now, it's unbelievable how cool it stays!

We are both extremely pleased and satisfied with our decision. We've told people that anyone who is worrying or on the fence about making a decision like this, to do the math, this is a sound financial investment. You won't need to re-do your roof anytime soon!
