A neighbor of my elderly father called me to let me know he had some missing shingles, so I hired Northern Virginia Roofing to replace the roof and to install gutter guards. Everything was great, from step one which was the inspection, to the ongoing communications with the representative. I wish I could remember his name. He was very communicative. He made a recommendation that I contact my dad's homeowner's insurance company to see if they would pay for part of the costs of reroofing. He also met with the insurance company to show them what damage should be covered. Nothing was to be gained by his company from that--it was just outstanding customer service. He also contacted me when the materials arrived. He sent pictures of before and after without my having to ask. During the second phase, the installation of the gutter guard, he told me when the work was going to take place and when the materials arrived and so forth. Everyone in their billing department was organized, polite, and communicative. I've never had a better experience with any service provider or home repair. The actual work that was undertaken was excellent! Everyone with whom I spoke was responsive, professional, organized and communicative through every step.
