Collision Center did a good job. My husband checked the work and liked it.

We had never been in a wreck before, and we went to two different places that our insurance agency said they would have no trouble with. The first guys wanted us to agree to use their service before even considering us for an estimate. We fought over it, and ended up getting an estimate regardless. We then went to Collision Center.

I was really pleased with Collision Center. They didn't give me any lip when I went in there. The people there were polite, considerate, and caring. They answered all our questions, and didn't bother with any nonsense. Unlike the other place we went to, they didn't make me feel like I was too much of a bother. They greeted me and my husband, gave me a cup of coffee, and had no problem giving us an estimate.

The estimate we received at the other repair place was $3700, but the one we got at Collision Center was only $1200. Collision Center's estimate was far more professional, too. They took pictures of all the damage, unlike the other place, and even took pictures of the undamaged side so that they had a complete picture of the vehicle's condition before they went to work on it.

While they were working on it, the weather was terrible. There was crazy snow and wind. To top it all off, I had just recently broken my leg. Collision Center made all kinds of arrangements to get me to and from my home, and really went out of their way to accommodate us.
