When I buy a used home I expect a not so perfect house with some issues and problems.
I used Smart Home Inspection twice within a month.
The first time he tore the house apart and point out thing that were not suitable for me on my budget? A bad roof, poor foundation, a lot of electrical problems just, to name a few. Needless to say the house wasnt will maintained and I didnt buy the house.
The second house whet a lot better, He walked me though and explained to me some problems that would have to be address if I buy the house
With Chris experience and knowledge, I will enjoy my new home.
