AI Roofing did a great job! It was exactly what I wanted. My experience was a little different than most. I had a leak problem on a roof, and according to the insurance adjuster the problem was caused by hail damage. It had rotted the wood structure underneath the roof, the chipboard, and we had to remove half of it. I paid extra to have them remove 100 percent of it, and then had them put in the type with the metal shield on it to reflect the heat because the house is 27 years old and that type of thing did not exist back then. They were able to get the materials very quickly, get the roof torn off, replaced all the wood underneath, and put 30-year shingles on it. The one thing that really impressed me was that my neighbor, 2 houses down, had their roof done by another company and they complained about half the shingles being left in the yard and in the plants. AI Roofing did a good job of cleaning up at my house though, which I think is important.
