I first had AI Roofing come out before a storm, not knowing a bad storm was coming. They made a bid on my roof, on Friday, and I was going to go to the bank to get money for the repair. I had an old tar flat roof.

We had a horrific hail storm, and on Monday AI Roofing called me. They said they had looked at my roof again, and that I didn't need to go to the bank. There was a lot of hail damage, so they let me know the insurance would probably pay for a new one.

I did go ahead and work with AI Roofing through the insurance company. They did all the leg work for me. They contacted the insurance company and got together with the adjuster. They followed up and made sure I got to claim everything that was damaged. It is a commercial roof, and all the aluminum covers and pipes on the roof were damaged as well as the AC units and roof itself.

AI Roofing put on a new roof with an all white coating that they recommended. They completely replaced it and corrected any problems. Not only did they make it so that I didn't have to buy a new roof, and there wasn't even a deductible, but my utility bills dropped a minimum of 35 in cost since the new roof was installed. They facilitated a new roof with a 10 year warranty and left me with less utility bills!

They did such a good job, and they followed up with everything to make sure it was done right. We had some damage to our parking lot because of a lift they used to put the roof on, and they even came back and repaired that. They left everything perfect.
