I was shopping around for the actual product and Air & Heat Hospital's pricing was better than other vendors who where trying to sell cheaper products. We were very happy with the installation. We have another AC unit that needs to be installed and we will go back to them because they did such a good job.

At first the unit did not cool as it should and they sent someone out afterhours and they took care of it for no charge. The unit has been working fine ever since. They back up what they say when it comes to their warrenty.
