What a fantastic company and workmanship. I have 2 huge 8x10 wool rugs that have been through dogs, a cat, and 2 kids. They had never been cleaned in the 7+ years we've had them. They came back softer than the day I bought them and cleaner than I ever thought possible! We're considering being a no-shoe house now to keep these rugs looking and feeling so great!
