Overall OK, but not great.
Paid for the deluxe service - but the carpets under the beds were not vacuumed or cleaned and there is a "crunchy" residue left behind - I am afraid that dirt will stick to the carpets now. Also - there is an odor left that smells like dirty feet - getting better with time but still noticeable today.
