The People Movers

arrived late, inefficient and inexperienced which resulted in higher fee.

Movers arrived 1 hour late and took 6 hours to move the mostly boxed 2 bedroom apt. FYI, my previous move one year ago took about 3 hours including packing. The People Movers indicated that the truck was full after loading major furniture and boxes. I myself had to move numerous items including 42" TV, boxes, baby toys, and etc. To their credit, my furniture were handled carefully.

Given their inefficiency, I do not recommend this company.

We are sorry Mr Kwon was not happy with our service,We at The People Movers strive for the best customer satisfaction. We loaded and unloaded a full 26ft bobtail in only 6 hours with an hour of that being drive time. We did send out experienced movers that other customers in the past have loved. We provided Mr Kwon with a safe quality move and in a reasonable time. However we did reach out to Mr Kwon to discuss his concerns.
