Sean did a good job, but lots of carpet debris left behind.
This being a newish carpet, it is still shedding, and that was really made clear after the cleaning. I know that Sean made an effort to pick up as much of the debris as possible, but there was still quite a bit left after the cleaning. Again, I don't fault Sean on this; it's the carpet.
Maybe in situations like this an offer could be made to come back after he carpets dried and vacuum the loose debris up? I'd pay $25 for that.
