Christie's worked from my initial layout sketches, compensating for and modifying the basement utilities to provide a finished basement commensurate with the rest of the house. They provided suggestions for enhancement of my original design to make the space even more functional. No issues with workmanship or materials used. They did the work right versus trying to do it as cheaply as possible.
