I was very pleased with Big Bob's Flooring Outlet. They got two more jobs just from people seeing ours, and we would definitely recommend them. We had carpet and old tile in our motor home and they talked with us for about three hours, letting us know what they could do, how they could do it, and how we could save money by doing things ourselves. We chipped the tiles out ourselves, and they offered us a grind and everything else to help. When they came in to do the installation, they were very professional. The carpets and everything were aligned well and lined up straight. Anything that we wanted redone, like the baseboard, they did it. There were no problems, and we were very pleased.
