I basically walked into Big Bob's Flooring Outlet, not knowing anything about them or even if as a potential customer they'd be able to help me out. I had been to a couple of the big name stores, where the staff there is very vague on their explanations and help.

The salesman in Big Bob's went the extra mile for me. He immediately helped me out and answered all of my questions. My first time there, I spent about thirty to forty minutes with him and he told me about the difference in the quality and what would go good with my plans. He really helped me to decide what to get. There were two guys that came out to do the installation, and they were really good too. I would highly recommend them to anybody. I'd definitely use them again for carpeting and actually have gone back for several smaller items already!
