You don't get what you pay for with Aylwin. They came out to repair my roof in June but did not complete the repair. When it continued leaking, I called to ask them to come back and fix their work. They informed me that they had only repaired one of the two spots that I paid them to fix and promised to send someone out at 8am the next day. After this person didn't show up, I called to check in, and they said someone would be there at 1. At about 3, my husband called again (he had to take the day off work to wait for the roofers who never showed up), and the owner was belligerent and rude. Even though we paid for the repair several months ago, they refused to complete it. We essentially paid them to be rude, hang up on us, scream at us, and force us to take the day off work. That money (which they will not reimburse) would have been better spent paying someone to actually fix our roof. Run, don't walk, away from this company.
