We had Carpets America lay carpet for us two times in our new home - fall 2010, Jan. 2011. The first time was on the main floor and the second time was the basement. Both times the workers were on time, polite, and the work done well. The saleman at the store was kind and patient with us and tried to provide the flooring we wanted at the best price they could give.
