Mr. Owens and his crew installed our seven Kilowatt solar system in 2005. It worked fine until late 2010. Then sixteen of forty-eight BP solar panels failed. The three Xantrex inverters were not functioning. Mr.Owens persuaded BP Solar to replace the entire system under the warranty without further expense. The new system has been in service now for about two months and works better than original system. We are confident that Owens Electric will be there for us if any more problems occur in future.
