We have a problem with no electricity reaching the alarm panel.

We placed the call in the morning and Mr. Owens could come to service in an hour. Throughout the service, he was thorough and courteous, keeping us informed on the status all the time.

At the end of the service, he also suggested to contact the alarm company to make sure everything is right, as we only have stationary office phones, Mr. Owens even offered to use his cell phone to reach the alarm company for convenience. Very courteous, prompt and efficient service. Appreciate it.
