I was very impressed with Neptune Plumbing & Heating. I actually had a bad experience with another company over an existing water tank installed in a new house that was only 4 years old. I had multiple problems with the old water tank that were never resolved, and I was tired of calling the other place, so I looked in the phone book and ended up called Neptune Plumbing & Heating.

I talked to Joe and explained to him the situation that we had. He then called the manufacturer talked to them about the issues I was having and they gave him the replacement part free of charge. He came out and installed the replacement part for me, but it was still not working, so he called the manufacturer back and they told him that he would actually have to replace the whole gas valve, but that they discontinued support for that part because the unit was junk and they knew it. I had no choice: I could either spend the time and money to get a modified gas valve to repair it, or get a new unit.

Joe offered me a new unit, and we went through the information together and discussed what he would have to do. He actually had to cut a hole in my basement ceiling, which I wasn't too happy about, but he cleaned it up nicely. He was going to have to make another hole to the outside of my home, but he came up with another solution.

At the end of the day, Neptune Plumbing & Heating called the manufacturer to get a repair part for free, but ultimately had to come in and install a new unit. They did a phenomenal job, and they didn't even charge me for the work on the old unit. They did it to help me, because they understood my frustration. They went above the call of duty, and I was extremely impressed with the service. I would definitely use them in the future, and I would recommend them. I told my friends that if they needed plumbing, call Neptune.
