We have had many experiences with Car Craft. For the most recent one, the transmission in the car went out. They came to our house, checked on it to make sure it was okay, and ultimately ended up towing it to their shop. They gave us a car for us to drive while they worked on the transmission, and they replaced the transmission quickly and inexpensively.
