I've been dealing with Car Craft for 20 something years. In terms of recommendations, I've recommended a number of people to them over the years. I used to work around the corner from them, and I have seen them do things that are amazing. In terms of help, I used to travel a bunch, so I was often away from home. They would come to the house to give my wife help with her car while I was away.

I have five vehicles, and the only ones Car Craft doesn't get are the ones that are under control because they are brand new. The only thing that keeps me from them is a well running machine. For anything that needs repairs, I take it to them.

If Car Craft makes a mistake, and it's not like bad things don't happen, they are willing to go back and do the work. You won't pay any extra money for the repair.
