Re-Bath of Mid Florida's salesman Billy was very informative and didn't rush us. I had a lot of doubts about the product to begin with and wasn't crazy about it, so I asked him a lot of questions. He took the time and was patient to answer the questions fully.

Once the project began, they were on time, he came and left on time, and he called ahead if he was ever going to be even a few minutes late. Since the installation, if there is a small correction with our faucet or a bit of hole in the caulking they sent someone out right away. The communication with the office, the salesman, and the installers is great.

The followup care was really good as well. The product has held up well and they have been good to answer any questions - things like I had to call to ask how to get the drain out of the tub. They answer you with a smile and they encourage you to call with questions.
