We met at a home show. From there, we were contacted by the people at Re-Bath. The two salesman that came out were very knowledgeable. They spent one and a half to two hours explaining things. What we talked about we got. The office people helped my wife out when she contacted them with some questions, they were very nice and helpful. The mechanic who did the install was very knowledgeable. He did an excellent job, we were very pleased with his work. He did everything he could to make it a pleasant experience for my wife and I.
