As first time home buyers, we have been nervous and unsure about every step. We never know if we are getting a good deal or if something fishy is going on--which makes it very easy for others to take advantage of us. Kyle made the entire inspection process wonderful. He was thorough and did a walk through with us pointing out even the minor issues. He gave us advice on up-keep and estimates on projects we may need to undertake in the future. He also answered all of our questions. And handed us the report right there, printed out and in a nice presentation folder. He also said that we can call him anytime in the future with questions about the home. A++!!
