I've been dealing with Berkeley Motor Works for 20 some odd years now, and I've had no problems with them at all. I had two cars that I'd been bringing to them, and I've had nothing but good things every time I've brought a car in to them. They've always been forthcoming about what needed to be done and how much it was going to cost. They're also a lot cheaper than going to the dealer, and I've never had a problem with the work either. I've never had to bring it back in a second time after going in. Berkeley Motor Works goes out of their way to make sure things work, sometimes not even charging me for it.
