Scam of annual membership, Avoid this company
I subscribed to its annual service membership in 2010, which promises to have annual check-up of heater, air-conditioner, circuit, etc. They did the first check-up at the end of 2010, but haven't shown up in 2011, 2012, and 2013. But they charge me $13.99 each month from my credit card! Totally waste of money!
