I have no idea where to even start! You would think I’m being dramatic but here a bit of story time. January 6 2021 my car was vandalized, the insurance and I agreed to allow C&D Auto body shop to repair the mirror. They got it all set up I dropped my car off there walk in and communicated that I was deaf. Mr. Serge allow himself to communicate with me the best way he could and did. he communicated with me from the jump and kept me posted on everything. I received my car back and couldn’t be more happier. After receiving my car not even a week later January 20th 2021 I was hit by a woman. I was devastated and upset the next morning I reach out to Mr.Serge and let him know my car was hit and I wasn’t for sure if it’s fixable. I sent him pictures and his response was Are you okay? We can do some magic work to your baby again. I replied I’ll be dropping her off to you soon! I drop her off he took her in and started working on her immediately! He updated and posted me on everything when things arrived, parts that was fixed daily etc. I stop by to check on her and couldn’t believe what I saw she was coming back to pieces even better than when I first bought her! He thought he would have been done at a later date but no she was done a whole 5 days earlier than expected! He worked with me and definitely show bunch of patience while working with me, he made me as comfortable as possible and brought my BABY back to life! The night I pick her up I Couldn’t even believe it I shed my joy of tears I drove all the way home still in disbelief, My baby who I thought wasn’t fixable Mr. Serge and C&D Auto shop put her back together beyond pieces! Thank you again Mr.Serge for all you did! Don’t hesitate get your car to them the team will do magic work! Definitely DEAF FRIENDLY!
