I think Salem Autobody & Paintworks could benefit from talking to their employees more. I think the precision of the work completed could be a little better. They didn't do what they said they were going to do and when they said it. In the time that I used them for this job, one guy quit, the new guy (who followed the notes of the previous employee) was fired and so the job fell on the last guy. He brought the car in to try to fix extra mistakes, but he didn't fix all of it, though he didn't charge me. They gave me a loaner each time. I am very understanding because of the situation and it's not fully them. I think the work was not finished properly. The owner really tried to make it right, though, and the employees tried to make it right.
